Open Spaces

So, here it is. My first posting as an Official Blogger. I never thought my life would be interesting enough to post little tidbits about it on the internet for an actual audience to read, but I like the idea of sending a message out into the Great Wide Open better than writing it in a diary to be read by no one but myself and the occasional "snoop." And why would I want to read anything I have written AGAIN. I went through the torture of thinking it and writing it down once... and then having to READ it again. Give me a break! That's your job.

Speaking of the Great Wide Open, sure, I am a Tom Petty fan... I wouldn't say I am an expert in any case, but I like his music and I LOVE the song American Girl (http://www.tompetty.com/index2.htm), who I, as well as millions of girls out there, can relate to. And that's basically what I will be talking about in my own Blog - what my life is like as an American Girl.

I'm sure you are all on the edge of your seats.
